Create Go "Network Connections" function in Win.7

It's funny - I can add "Network Connections" to Favorites (the one w/ the Star icon),
and then I can open Preferences and edit that Favorite -- Name, etc.,

but I can't figure out a file path for the Go command of a button!

Shotgun-listing (individually, of course) :

Go Network Connections,
Go "Network Connections",
Go /Network Connections,
Go \Network Connections,

Go ncpa.cpl (simply opens System32 @ w/ ncpa.cpl selected --
and if I press Enter, then Network Connections opens in Windows Explorer.

Since Network Connections DOES open in dOpus (from "My Computer") --
allowing me to access the Properties dialog box, and therefore TCP/IP configs, Enable/Disable, etc.,
then it seems there should be a path that can be used in making menu/button-commands, etc.

I've tried bunches of different combinations to no success -- any Help would be joyous, thx

While in customize mode, drag the folder to a toolbar and it will create a Go command for it.

Heck yea, thx leo!

the command is: IDL:?AAAAFAAfUOBP0CDqOmkQotgIACswMJ0UAC6Ax6wHcAIy0RGq0gCAX8EnDgAA

but when I entered ONLY that string, it opened in Windows Explorer.

Then I went back & entered < Go > at the beginning, like [all] other commands:

Go IDL:?AAAAFAAfUOBP0CDqOmkQotgIACswMJ0UAC6Ax6wHcAIy0RGq0gCAX8EnDgAA

& now it opens in dOpus, just as I want it to - Thanks again!
