Creating Context Menu items

My Norton 2013 A/V context menu entry has disappeared. Based on past experience, I'd rather seek assistance here WAY before I contact Norton.

I've checked my Windows Explorer context menu and the Norton entry is there.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
