The button to save My Lister works fine when I click it. But when the keystrokes are used, Ctrl + Alt + F5, nothing is saved. The only change I made to the Dear Opus button was to shorten the Label description.

Have you tried a different hotkey?
I hadn't thought of changing the hotkey until you said it. Then, I didn't know how to do that.
So I played with it a bit and figured it out. Voila! Success!
