CTRL shortcuts not working

Hi,

I'm on Dir Opus 12, and some shortcuts don't seem to work. I can't use CTRL+a to select all files in a dir, nor can I press DEL key to delete files.
Other shortcuts seem to work fine.... Am I missing something here?

Just installed this on a new version of Windows 10, didnt change any keybindings or something....

Are you still using the default toolbars and menus, or custom ones?

Do the missing hotkeys appear in the list under Settings > Customize > Keys?
