How can you justify the column text like the file "Create Time"?
Is it simply a space placeholder?
For example:

X Numbers left aligned, text right-aligned
No, the date-time columns are special. There's no way to make things which are not date-time columns show some parts aligned to the left and some to the right. You would need to use two separate columns and put them next to each other.
