Custom comment/note showing on hover over folder?

Hi. I've been searching fruitlessly for a way to have a description/note/comment of a folder (that I type) show up when I hover the mouse over the folder. What I see currently popping up is the first few files. Is there anyway to add a custom comment?

Settings > File Types > All Folders > Info Tip

Adding {userdesc} (Insert Field > General > User Description) is probably what you want.

You can set the description via the item in the Properties button-menu on the default toolbars.
