Customize -> Default Toolbars ... remember the state of the time line slider

Version: Directory Opus 13.21, 64bit, Windows 10

Location: Customize -> Default Toolbars tab

  • Background info: When comparing the default toolbars with your own custom toolbars the Customize window needs to be closed and reopened quite often to ensure you do not lose changes in the settings. Yes, in theory most of the settings are saved automatically (but I had a few cases were that did not work properly).

  • Request: So, when reopening the Customize window again and again it would really help if the
time line slider would remember the state of the last time you set it up.

  • I normally have it set to "Opus 13.0 and later", to better note what has
    been updated in the toolbars.

Obviously this is not an essential suggestion, but it could be a nifty QOL feature, IMO.

Thanks, AEon

Thanks for the suggestion! We'll add that in the next beta.

:folded_hands: …

I just wanted to express my huge surprise and appreciation for the “interactive” default toolbar time line slider feature. When I first stumbled into it, I could not believe how useful and subtly enabling the feature is… especially when trying to figure out what new functions have been added to the default menus over time.

The other feature that really helped, i.e. with re-coloring Opus, is the Theme Tester.

Those gave me a few ideas as well… :innocent:
