Customize/Keys issue

Hello. when i in Customize/Keys press:

  1. Ctrl+
  2. Win+
  3. Shift
    it shows Win+Ctrl+Shift+Alt
    and Ctrl LOCKS permanently (sometimes with Win-key, thus i can switch virtual desktops with only one arrow)! nothing helps, even exiting Opus (with no Opus runned it's still locked), only restart (sometimes) or pressing
    Ctrl+Win+Shift and untaping Win.

FWIW, it doesn't seem to happen here.

I just get the three keys which are held down without the extra Alt:

If you push the same keys in another window, do you also see the OS reacting like some are still down?

closing CarambaSwitcher shows no +Alt combination, but DO still locks Ctrl with Ctrl+Win+Shift+key permamently.

what another window? i don't know any other program that accepts all this hotkeys at once)) even DO's command editor button hotkeys do nothing

ah, i found one app, it's a PowerToys and it handles

correctly (without locking Ctrl)
