I have been using the D9Viewer as my fax viewer, much faster than the Vista supplied viewer, and does not insist on turning the image into a landscape print.
However, I have just realised that it is not showing more than the first page of a multi-page .TIF file, which is the format used by my fax machine.
I have a multipage TIFF plugin in the works but it won't be ready for a while as I have some other stuff to do first (and work keep pushing back my sabbatical).
I should have mentioned that that stalwart viewer IrfanView - now v4.0 - handles multi-page TIFFs beautifully, and is quick with it.
BTW, can someone please advise, how do I use the technique where the text of a message has a link directly embedded? eg, in the above example, I'd have liked to embed the link in the word 'IrfanView'.
You need to use the [ u r l ] tag. Alternatively you can use standard html tags (as long as "Disable HTML in this post" is turned off in the edit panel). The following screenshots should give you the idea:
