Here is a preview of the extended functionality (EF) version of my previous skin, Dark Grey-Blue.
Its integrated with SearchEverything, BeyondCompare, SyMenu, Ditto, FoldersPopup, TerraCopy and partily with PowerGrep.

After a bit more fiddling (icon sets, extra functions...) its turning flat (which I like), easy to read and navigate (at least for me)
