I've updated the Raspberry theme I previously posted here. It's a dark, neutral gray theme designed to blend in with the standard Windows 11 dark theme. Here are 5 color variations, all from the "Dracula" palette:

In my screenshots, the system folder and file icons are a Windhawk theme I'm still working on and which isn't available online, but I think at least the "Apricot" theme, for example, should match well with the standard Windows icons.
The colors used for date columns, attributes, types, etc. are not part of the theme, but can easily be adjusted in Settings/Preferences/File Display Columns/Appearance
