Something is wrong in the date sort.
We'd need to see more of the screenshot, as we can't tell what's being shown there. The first five items might be folders, and the rest files, for all we can tell.
Unfortunately it's not recreatable. I even tried turning back the date but no such luck. I can tell you that they're weren't any folders there because I saw the data and even going back to that date in the lister which is only 1 file different of the top of list doesn't show any folders till almost halfway down the page. In that directory I don't put folders at the top but not knowing exactly what format might have been applied makes it impossible.
Maybe the option to put newly added files at the bottom of the list (old Windows style) was turned on?
No, not an option I use. My folder formats are all pretty simple and usually just a change in sort direction or sort column or folders sorted at top. That day I also was having a lot of problems in general with DO so maybe some of that contributed too.
