Default Install Location For Icon Sets?

Apologies if this has been asked or was in the icon set specifications, I just couldn't find the info anywhere.

I was wanting to try some icons sets out and while I know I can just use the import function in Preferences > Toolbars > Icons, I'm curious as to whether that copies the set elsewhere, and if so, where.

So far, I've found these locations, but which is the default?

C:\ProgramData\GPSoftware\Directory Opus\Icons
C:\Users\All Users\GPSoftware\Directory Opus\Icons
C:\Users<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\GPSoftware\Directory Opus\Icons

Why not use the UI's import command and see which folder it puts them in? :slight_smile:

The one under your user profile is the default one, and the one that usually make sense unless you're on a multi-user machine. Icons put there will also be included in config backups.

Yeah, I thought about that but I guess I wanted an official answer, but thanks for the reply.

FYI: This folder:
C:\Users\All Users\GPSoftware\Directory Opus\Icons

And this one:
C:\ProgramData\GPSoftware\Directory Opus\Icons

Appear to be the same location, if I move anything into one, it shows up in the other.
