Can someone tell me how to define(show) a custom icon for all jpg files ?

Settings/File Types
Select one by one all the different types for JPEG you want to modify the icon (JPG, JPEG; ...).and double click it.
In the "File Type" tab, next to the name, you can click the icon and change it.
