Is there any way to get Dopus to delete before it starts a Sync operation not after? I am finding that I don't have enough room on the destination to copy all of the new files and must delete the old ones manually.

Not currently (via an automated method, at least), but it makes sense and is on our list for consideration (competing with lots of other things for our time, of course).
