The delete button does not delete files and folders... it works everywhere else, but when I try to delete a folder, it does not work... sorry if it is too basic, but on the previous version (same computer) it worked fine.

Are/were you using custom toolbars, or the default ones?
If it's the Deleted key and custom toolbars, I think we're already looking into a similar issue. But if it's not both of those it might be something different.
When you say "it works everywhere else", do you mean in other programs, or that it depends on which folder you're in, or which panel is active, within Opus?
The delete button on the keyboard. I use default toolbars. What I mean is that when I type in the search bar and I use the delete button in the keyboard, it actually deletes letters.... but when I click it to delete a selected file or folder it does not work...

If you're using the default toolbars, try resetting them to the new defaults. That should fix things.
Settings > Customize Toolbars, then reset the Operations toolbar via the right-click menu:
It may be worth resetting the other things under Standard Toolbars as well, if none have modifications you need to keep.
(There was an issue with 12 -> 13 config conversion in the first beta, which could lose hotkeys if using custom or modified toolbars, which has been fixed. Re-importing the config backup may also fix things now, if using the latest beta.)
