Delete duplicate network folder

Dopus 11 dual windows; Network target shows duplicate folders, for example folders Images and Images2.
I do not know how the duplication occurred.
Searched manual and forum search found not delete topic.
How to delete Network target Images2 folder?
thanks

Do you mean a network drive is showing a folder you don't expect to be there?

If so, you'll presumably also see the same folder in Explorer, and its existence is probably unrelated to Opus.

You can delete folders on network drives the same as any other folder, if you're sure you don't want the folder and its contents.

Yes, with dual windows to access target folders, the target folder shows 2 of the same folder (Image, and Image2). DirOpus in the target computer shows only Image folder, not Image2 folder shown when networking target via source computer.
Administrator with full control privileges.
DirOpus source computer offers option to delete Image2 folder shown in DirOpus target window.
WinExplorer. Same. No option available to delete Image2 target folder from source computer window.
Can find no "preference" setting to prevent or enable deleting network folders.

If both Opus and Explorer show it then it's definitely not something Opus is doing.

Deleting folders is done the same for network and local folders. e.g. Select folder, click Delete on the toolbar.

Maybe a screenshot would clarify things if something unusual is happening, e.g. we are talking about network shares at the root of the computer or something similar.

Found the issue. Network found and renamed an old unused backup Image folder to Image2. It is located on an extra partition. Network does not show the folder path location. Found Image2 by looking at every partition and comparing contents shown in Source network folder.
Still curious the networked target folders can not be deleted via Source computer.
Deleted Image2 folder using target computer.

So am I, from what's described so far.

If there was an error message then it was probably due to file permissions, but the option not being available to even allow you to attempt to delete the folder would be due to something else.

If I discover the issue, will post it.
To remove the 2 numeral, stopped sharing the folders, then shared again.
Thanks for your comments and patience
