Delete EMPTYRECYCLE sometimes has no effect

I think that it is related to:

If HDD in enclosure is in sleep state then clicking the button:

@icon:/system/SHELL32.dll#31,RECYCLEBINEMPTY
Delete EMPTYRECYCLE

has no effect other than that the HDD wakes up.
I need to click the button second time to get desired effect; there are some files in Recycle directory (not at the HDD in enclosure).

Directory Opus 13.11.5 (Beta) Build 9106 x64
OS 6.1 (B:7601 P:2 T:1) SP 1.0 "Service Pack 1"

Is emptying the recycle bin via every the Windows desktop also the same?

If I delete something when the HDD in enclosure is in sleep mode then the icon of Trashcan does not change immediately from empty to filled and "Empty trash" is inaccessible.

The observed situation in DOpus happens when I delete something and then quickly use the button.

Both sound like Windows issues in that case.

Even if so
Delete EMPTYRECYCLE
is unpredictable, especially if used in script.

All we can do is ask Windows to empty the recycle bin when that command is run.

If the recycle bin isn’t working reliably for some reason, especially if that’s also the case outside of Opus, then we have no control over that.
