Been googling, and also searched this site, but all I can find is how to ADD stuff to the context menu. In my DOpus there's a "norton scan" entry. This does not exist in Windows Explorer. I have never had Norton installed either on this machine, so it's useless. I'd like to remove it. Is that possible?
In Opus, go to Settings > File Types, and at the top-left of that select File > Diagnostic and type in the extension of something the menu item appears for.
Attach the results here or via private message, and we might be able to see from that where the menu item is coming from and say how to remove it.
Norton also has a "uninstall and reinstall" free utility that can perform a "complete" uninstall with the option not to reinstall.
This would probably be advisable only if you are sure you do not have any Norton utilities installed.
