Desktop Folders Not Opening in Opus Despite "Replace Explorer for All Folders" Setting

Hi team,

A user has enabled the "Replace Explorer for all folders" setting in Directory Opus 13.6, but folders on the desktop still open in File Explorer instead of Directory Opus. Additionally, right-clicking on folders does not show the "Open in Directory Opus" context menu option. Are there any solutions to resolve this? Thank you.
DO 2

Please try these suggestions, as the problem may be Opus misdetecting the OS version: Directory Opus failed to replace Explorer - #2 by Leo

Reinstalling Opus over the top of itself is also worth a try. After doing that, try turning off Explorer Replacement, applying, waiting 20 seconds, then turning it back on and wait again. That should re-write the relevant registry settings, which seem to be broken in the video.

That version is over a year old :face_holding_back_tears:.
