Dialog box pulldown menu height

The Pulldown menu items in my Dailog box look a bit (vertically) squashed.
Especially when the cursor is on them.
Here are 2 screenshots showing 2 of them:

When I edit my DB I can see that there are square white anchors I can drag to adjust the width (red arrows). I don’t see anything to adjust the height. Am I stuck with what I have got?

My work laptop does not suffer from this problem…:

I don’t think it is a screen/resolution thing (Though in all honesty have not proplery investigated that)

Are there any variables that I can tweak?

On the machine with the problem, what does the Windows version drop-down in the standard Properties dialog for an exe file look like?

If it looks wrong there as well, please check the same dialog but opened via File Explorer to see if it's the same.
