Didn't receive valid certificate after upgrading to Directory Opus 11

Hi,

Yesterday I bought an upgrade for Directory Opus 11 from Directory opus 10, but the Program Certificate that I received in the e-mail from receipts@gpsoft.com.au contained a certificate that was only valid for version 10 of Directory Opus.

Is there a way for me to get the correct certificate?

Note: the software was purchased using someone else's account.
