In the 64 bit Vista version it was reported, that only the generic icons will appear in a directory on the desktop, even though generic icons are unchecked in the preferences. Is this problem known & is there a fix?
Could you post a screenshot to illustrate the problem?
Also, what does Explorer do for the same directory?
