The link above lists v11.18 as the latest version of DOpus v11.
However, the latest release for DOpus v11 is v11.19:
By the way, is v11.19 the final release for DOpus v11 and there won't be any new future releases for v11 as v12 has been already released?

Yes the net help is a little out of date although the help file included with the program is current.
We do have a couple of fixes for 11.19 that we are planning to release at some point but were waiting until the v12 rush had died down.
