Fixed crash converting Opus 12 config if toolbar images were defined relative to aliases.

Fixed toolbar edits not sticking if you edited a toolbar, then reset it to factory defaults.

If toolbars are reset to the new defaults as part of the upgrade process, the old hotkeys like "Delete" that have moved from being hotkeys to being in a toolbar are no longer removed if the default toolbars aren't actually turned on.

The Preferences / Labels / Label Assignments / In Specific Folders page now supports assigning folder labels to the Folder Types folder categories like Search Results and Synchronize, like in Opus 12. Labels that were assigned to those categories in Opus 12 are now imported when an old configuration is imported.
