Per-folder toolbars can now be specified for This PC and MTP as in Opus 12. Per-folder toolbars are now converted across when loading old configurations.

Preferences / Toolbars / Folder Toolbars: Position drop-down now disabled when a toolbar set is selected, since it has no effect.

Changed how hotkey clashes are displayed so the keys are easier to read (especially in standard DPI).

Fixed Opus 12 config import leaving Light Mode with dark scrollbars and headers if the Opus 12 colors were dark and you later switched to Light Mode.

Fixed Customize crashes after toolbar edits if the Keys tab had not been shown.

Fixed crash if another program installed a Copy Hook shell extension which didn't actually implement a Copy Hook.
