When Opus creates its Zip file type, it now uses the system's Zip icon. (Doesn't affect existing installations unless you turn off "Enable internal Opus Zip support", Apply, then turn it back on and Apply again.)

Removed Preferences option to make Opus the default Zip handler, as it didn't really work. (Open With overrides it these days, even on a clean install of Windows. Open With can be used to make Opus the default handler, too.)

Added message on launch if RBTray is running, as it breaks Opus and seems to be abandoned.

Fixed CD cover thumbnails extending the cover art slightly too far down.
