I'm experiencing a crash issue with my Directory Opus 13.23.
I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, but the crash reoccurred after some time.
Here is the crash log. Could you please take a look and see if there's a solution? Thank you.

That crash dump doesn't seem to be in the correct format (even after renaming).
If it was created by Opus, it's possible that using .txt as the extension meant the encoding or line endings were changed. Zipping would be better.
If it wasn't created by Opus, here's how to find and submit the crash dumps Opus creates:
Looks like viewing as UTF-16 little endian works. I'm attaching the OP's file re-saved as UTF-8.
