Added options for the External Tools image formats to let a configured format override the internal image handling for both the viewer and thumbnails.

In thumbnails and tiles modes the "Spread excess space between the columns" option now adjusts the horizontal position of each icon to center it within its column.

{created}when used by the Rename command now support milliseconds properly and don't rely on milliseconds being displayed in the Lister. -
Fixed This PC status bar showing incorrect codes (from previous beta).

Fixed multiline description field not getting the focus when the Set Description dialog opens.

Fixed regular expression + find & replace rename mode ending early if a find/replace step resulted in no change to the filename.
