Компьютер пробовал перезагружать, все равно не удаляется.

Получает что Directory Opus не может удалить, если архив поврежденный.123.rar (65.4 MB)

I downloaded this archive, even trying to enter, then delete without problem. Archive is corrupted but it's not a problem. I think problem is using programs like WinRAR, which can hold file after failed extract. Try 7zip instead - it's free and has no problems like all these WinRAR or WinZIP crap.

1.Где находится поврежденный архив, там не считаются папки и файлы.
И в адресной строке постоянно крутит колесик.

2. Если нет в директории поврежденного архива. то файлы и папки нормально считаются.
