Guys, I know your working on dopus10 but I am wondering if you have considered doing a version for Android?
Every day I use my phone and wish that the plethora of file managers had even a 10th the functionality of dopus.
I know you could make something damned good and people are crying out for a functional file manager that
allows more than one file list, easy copy and paste. Basic inbuilt functions such as image viewing, thumbnails...
I don't think there's much chance of it happening, at least any time soon.
Have you tried asking the developers of the existing Android file managers to add the features you want? They have a head-start and maybe one of them will listen.
Many do regular updates, the issue is that their scope in file management is no where near the expertise that Jonathan has under his belt.
That's why I am asking, its not exactly a small market, and as Android doesn't come with a file manager as standard, everyone looks for one.
Honestly, even if its a side development, it would be a market you could do well in.
Astro is considerably more full featured than people give it credit for - it's my current choice for file managers on my Thunderbolt and the wife's Droid.
