It is almost the end of September, and I have 11 months left. I can't seem to be able to get it. And when I tried to login, it said my account is not there!
Can you help me please.

What are you trying to get?
What is running out in 11 months?
Which site are you having trouble logging into? This forum, or your account on the main GPSoftware site?

I have an order number maybe you can check it out for me, I used the same email address when signing up. I ordered the Opus pro single and Advanced FTP .
I am trying to download my software that i paid for, unless something went wrong,

I am getting the error.
The email address you supplied could not be found in our database.
I don't have access to the sales/accounts database, but I will make sure another team member looks at this once they are awake (different timezones).
