Hello all! I'm using a "Single click to open" feature. Double click is not for me 
How can I disable "Point to select" option?

They are the same option, so you can't.
You could set your mouse drivers (if they let you) to double-click instead of single click.
Not having any way at all to select files would be very limiting so I'm not sure if it would work very well in reality, unless you don't use Opus for anything other than double-clicking things.
Maybe can I change select delay (for example up to 10- second)?
