Displaying Assoc Program in InfoTips

I looked in both the help file and the forum, but I can't find any reference to my question, so here it is:

How can I display the name (or any other info) of the associated program of a file in the infotips?

For example, if I hover over a .TXT or .MP3 file I would like it to show me the registered program with which it is set to open with by default.

Can I do this?

I don't think there is a way to show that information in an infotip, unless someone has written a shell extension which does it.
