DO will not start Word or Excel

When I double-click on a Word or Excel document, it works first time, but thereafter it gives the following response:

I.e. it says it is "not implemented". I can open these files via MS Explorer (ugh!) or in other ways, but DO just gives an error then launches WordPad (for .docx anyway).

I have the latest version (12.20 x64, Pro). Do you have any idea what has happened - it has only started doing this in the last 2-3 days, and I have rebooted several times.

Make sure neither Opus nor Office are running as Admin, which could block their ability to send messages to each other if they're already running.

Repairing the Office/Word/Excel install often fixes strange issues with double-clicking, and is also worth a try.
