DO11: Expanded root branches and dual mode

I have set default Lister to expanded Favorites/Collections/Libraries/FTP root branches in tree.
If I use command Set DUAL=Toggle, 2nd Lister is open but root branches are not expanded in 2nd tree.

The second tree remembers its own expanded branches separately.
