Yes we know of this. Some issue with new version of DocToHelp changing file names for some unknown reason. We have resolved this issue now. A new silent update has been uploaded to our download sites.
Apologies, I accidentally deleted the screenshot in the first post while trying to edit it to improve the subject. (Seems like clicking "Go" in the Android browser when the subject field is being edited will click the button to delete an attachment, not the submit button.)
