DO12 - Image PERCENT needs CONVERT explicitly

Is image conversion broken in 12.0.6 ?

This command (from help file) do nothing Image PERCENT=50 HERE REPLACE=always but this one is ok Image CONVERT PERCENT=50 HERE REPLACE=always

Thanks. The "CONVERT" argument will be optional when using "PERCENT" in 12.0.7.

For now just add CONVERT and the command will work.
