Issue began 3 days ago. Installed latest beta 12.12.4 and problem still there. However I choose to open a lister, it appears on screen for about 1 second and then crashes. I have installed a couple of things recently which I could perhaps uninstall and see if that fixes it unless someone has a better idea.

If it seems to coincide with a recently installed tool, testing with that removed again is definitely worth a try.
