In the past I updated to V10 & V11, but have always used V9. In recent weeks, the response has been unbearably slow to update the folder tree, navigate, etc. I updated to V11 - no change. I then paid to go to V12 - no change. With this current behavior, DOpus is totally unuseable. Help.
Does it make a difference if you turn off the folder tree?
Is it only slow the first time a folder is loaded, or every time?
If it's every time, what happens for the same folder in File Explorer?
