Can anyone advise me as to how I may raise Dopus' runtime priority to 'high', assuming it is not there already? And, can this be done from within Dopus?
If running XP and similar for other OS go to Task Manager and select the Processes tab. Go to View > Select columns and check Base Priority and you'll see another column pop up Labeled Base Priority. Scroll down the list and you'll see dopus.exe with Base Priority Normal. Right click on this item and you can set the priority in the drop down context menu. Be careful changing applications priorities from Default.
Right. Which is why I just want to try out 'high', AND NOT 'realtime'!
Can Dopus be started from a batch file and/or does it sport Command Line arguments?

Batch file:
start /D"C:\Program Files\Directory Opus" dopus
(Your directory may be different than mine).
Thanks guys. Sorry for the all bold; I'm trying out your HTML permits; it was supposed to be dark brown.
I will let you know how "high" works out; I don't expect a noticeable difference, except under heavy system load.
