Dopus takes a long time to show a lister window

Hi,

When all dopus windows are closed it takes about 20 sec to open a new lister?

Any tips?

Turn off Preferences / Launching Opus / Startup / Shutdown Directory Opus when the last Lister closes so that it stays running in the background.

Thank you for the help, but that option was already turned off. Opus stays active in systray, but still it takes a long time. I removed disconnected network also with no improvement.

This is probably the best place to start: Crash, exit or high CPU when viewing certain directories

Do you still have anything pointing at the unavailable network drives? For example, Favorites, toolbar buttons or icons that point to UNC paths, in addition to more obvious things like mapped drives.

Hi,

I think I got the problem.
I had some old network locations added to my libraries (i think via windows media player as explorer did not let me add a not indexed location). I removed the network location from the libraries and presto :slight_smile:
