Download and extract by Drag'n'Drop?

Hi, I would like to achieve the following:

When dragging a link to a zip file from FireFox browser and dropping it onto a DOpus Lister (maybe with Ctrl-key pressed) the zip file is downloaded to this directory and automatically extracted to a folder with the name of the zip file (or better: with the name of the actual string in the clipboard). Is this possible?

How do you make WinRAR do that?

If I right-click and drag a link from Firefox to my desktop or a file manager, I just get the context menu for the link opening when I let go. (The same as if I just right-clicked the link without dragging.)
