Drag and drop in quick access to rearrange ( not copy into anopther folder)

Hi,
I want to be able to rearrange quick access folders but I'm only able to drag and drop into a folder. Is this a limitation that forces me to use windows explorer to rearrange?

Not currently possible. As far as we are aware, there isn't an API for doing it.
