Drag and Drop into Folder Tree

I just this morning am noticing that I can no longer drag and drop files into my folder tree... did I screw something up on my end or did the new beta update do this unintentionally/intentionally. I never knew how much I did this until I wasn't permitted to do it anymore. Irritating.

What changed this morning? Did you install the new beta?

Yes, seems to be a side effect of

Still works if you drag the files horizontally into the tree (without touching other folders).

Yes @Leo I updated to .4 this morning. Absolutely anything that I click and drag from the file display into the folder tree disappears the moment it crosses over t he border into the file tree. Every. Single. Time. I thought I was loosing my mind for a minute until I remembered the beta I installed just a little while ago.

@lxp Dude., that is just goofy as hell to me. I am not on board with this decision, whoever made it was smoking some good stuff.

I tend to classify this as an unintended side effect

Back to the 13.9.3 for me.

It infuriates me how logical and correct you always tend to be. Try being me for once and experiment with some smash hit feelings such as "dude, what you talking about" and "don't touch anything you'll just break it" lol... for once I didn't break it :sunglasses::+1:

Thanks for letting us know, I've uploaded a fixed version.

Seriously, @Jon thank you so much for fixing that so quickly. You guys never fail to impress :+1:

Ehm .. am using 13.9.4 right now, but regretfully this drag and drop still doesn't work for some hours. Did a File Exit a few times. Still the same. Sorry to say.

Unable to download the 13.9.3 version - the link on "Directory Opus 13.9.3 (Beta)" is to 13.9.4

Try re-downloading 13.9.4. The problem was only there if you installed the initial version of it.

(Clear browser cache or use a different browser if in doubt.)

Thanks!
