Drag and drop location to toolbar (like in web browser)

Searched and couldn't find info about this.

Essentially there are many places i need to quickly access on my drives (and these change frequently). Yes, i know there are many ways of doing this (like having a shortcut directory or custom buttons) but there is one simple and intuitive way for this - simply drag the location to a toolbar (just liking quick saving links in a browser). This should create a new button that brings you to that location. Right click -> delete on this button should delete it.

Any way of doing this?

You can do this already, but you have to be in Customize mode (Settings -> Customize) first to add/edit/delete toolbar buttons.
