Dragging Fonts into Windows\Font Folder under Vista

I may have found an issue with DOpus under Vista...

Maybe this is something weird I was doing, but when I dragged a font from a DOpus lister into an explorer windows that had C:\Windows\Fonts\ open, it would try to install the font, and then give me all these weird errors that different random bits of text (perhaps from other files, since they resembled english) were not valid font files. Like... the filename was the random text bits.

I simply used the classy and slick looking new font installer interface that Microsoft was nice enough to newly redesign for us:

Opus has a command to install fonts:

Copy INSTALLFONT

Run that with the fonts selected and it will copy them to the fonts directory and register the new fonts in the Registry so they will actually work (since just copying the files isn't enough).

On Vista this is done via UAC since you need admin rights to install a font. Opus 9 takes care of that.

Hehe. It's like Microsoft forget that dialog exists every time they release a new version of Windows, or they keep it around for some Windows 3.11 nostalgia.
