I use Directory Opus on a Windows 11 Intel processor PC. I just noticed today that DropBox is missing in the right-click context menu for files in DropBox. I updated to Dopus 13.22 in the hope that it would solve the issue, but no luck. The right-click context menu for files in DropBox is working just fine in Dopus 13.22 on my Windows 11 laptop with an ARM processor. Your help would be much appreciated. I should point out that the DropBox right-click context menu appears for files in DropBox using Windows Explorer, just not in Directory Opus
Make sure this is turned off:
Preferences / Miscellaneous / Shell Extensions /
Hide Windows & third-party items on file context menus (Shift overrides)
Thanks for pointing this out, but this setting was already turned off. I have used Directory Opus for years and never had an issue before with the DropBox context menu items not showing up in Directory Opus on my Intel-based Win 11 PC. I used to have this issue in Directory Opus on my ARM processor Win 11 PC but not anymore. So I am still stuck with this issue on my Intel processor-based Win 11 PC
Is Dropbox in the list of cloud folders under Preferences / Folders / Special Folders?
Check it's not listed as blocked under Preferences / Miscellaneous / Shell Extensions.
Yes, Dropbox is indeed in the list of cloud folders under Preferences / Folders / Special Folders
DropBox is not listed as blocked under Preferences / Miscellaneous / Shell Extension, however beside each of the DropBox Shell extensions in this settings page, the status for "Loaded" is "No". How can I get them to load?
Turn on Preferences / Miscellaneous / Advanced: [Troubleshooting] context_menu_debug, then open the Diagnostic Log from the Help menu and right-click a file in your dropbox folder. Then save the log contents and upload it here. Hopefully it will reveal something.
Here is the log that you requested.

Thanks
The log shows that Dropbox has been blocked on your system:
3/29/2026 6:18:18.721 AM [ContextMenu] Packaged COM: DropboxInc.Dropbox_246.3.3482.0_x64__wkt425jdc3sga

Please double-check Preferences / Miscellaneous / Shell Extensions. You should find DropboxInc Dropbox listed in the Blocked category. You should also be able to find it in the Context Menu (UWP) category.
You need to select it and click the Allow button, then click OK.
This solved the issue, Jon.
Thanks!
