Duplicating Folder Structure

Not sure if this can be done, but I thought I remembered something about this some years ago.

How can I copy a folder structure, for example a parent folder with 5 children each with 5 children of their own,
and then paste or recreate that structure elsewhere without any files which might reside in source structure?

If it hasn't been done, can I ask that this be placed somewhere on the 'todo' feature list?
