Is there an easy way to create a context menu entry that has ALL of the existing "File Command" functions on it? I'd rather not have to re-create all 26 commands manually.

In Customize mode you can copy the File Command item and paste it into your context menu. All the sub-menu items will be pasted along with it.
This doesn't seem to work. If I open Settings|Customize..., I cannot drag or copy "File Commands" from the Category column of the Commands tab, nor can I copy or drag the individual commands themselves from under the Commands column to a context menu.
I can go to File|File Commands, rt click, and "Copy"; I presume this copies the menu item and its sub-items. However, if I go to Settings|File Types to get to the "All files and folders" context menu, I can't paste what I've copied onto my context menu directly. If I create a new item, I can paste a bunch of XML into the commands area, but this does not create working menu items.
So how do I do what you say can be done? I know how to create a new toolbar or menu, but what I'm trying to do is to (easily) modify my right-click file-and-folder context menu.
My mistake, I didn't test and forgot that context menus are handled differently. I don't think there's an easy way to do what you're trying to achieve.

Please have a look at :

It will guide you through the rest.

The FileType command is related to context menus but it doesn't allow you to copy a menu from one part of Opus into a context menu. That's something you have to do by hand.
(The FileType command lets you insert context menus for Windows filetypes into Opus menus.)
I have to wonder if anyone really wants all of the commands in the default File Commands context menu. If you narrow them down to just the ones you really use it should make it much less effort to manually create those as context menu items if that's what you want.
(If you're aiming to have all of Opus's commands at your fingertips, remember that the File Commands menu in the default configuration is just a fraction of the things Opus can do. There are potentially thousands of commands you could create so it's best to just stick to the things you want/use and not try to create a "complete" configuration, since such a thing wouldn't fit on the screen. )
